Arina brings over 30 years of extensive HR Generalist experience across both the Public and Private Sectors. Her deep understanding of human resource practices is complemented by her credentials as a registered Business and Life Coach, a qualified Assessor, and a Certified Prosci Change Consultant. This diverse skill set allows her to navigate complex organizational dynamics, lead change initiatives effectively, and support both strategic and operational HR functions with confidence and clarity.
With a passion for people development and organizational growth, Arina believes in the power of investing in individuals to drive business success. Her approach combines empathy with accountability, always aiming to unlock potential and foster positive, sustainable change.
